About Covenant Life Doulas

At Covenant Life Doula, we envision a world where life’s most sacred transitions—birth, death, and everything in between—are met with dignity, intention, and love. We are committed to restoring the sacred back into the everyday moments of life and loss, particularly within BIPOC communities that have long held ancestral wisdom around these rites of passage.

We believe in:

• Empowering families through  community education that reclaims birth and death as sacred, natural experiences
• Celebrating life from the first hello to the final goodbye, honoring every breath with ceremony, compassion, and care
• Sacred ceremonies and home  funerals that offer intimate, personal, and culturally resonant ways to say goodbye
• Alternative death care practices like green  burial and hydrolysis  cremation, supporting both the earth and the spirit
• Grief and remembrance as sacred  medicine, with space to mourn, remember, and heal without shame or silence.
